Reservation Terms

The form on this website sends us a table request. Your table is not reserved until our team confirms it with you by call or WhatsApp. Until then, we may offer a different table or time if your first choice is not available.

After you send a request you get a private edit link, so you can review it or change it before we confirm.

If you are running late, tell us as early as you can by WhatsApp or Facebook. When we confirm your table, we will tell you how long we can hold it.

Use your edit link to change a request, or message us on WhatsApp or Facebook to change or cancel a confirmed table. Please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the table to other guests.

Admission to Neon Nights is 21+. This is our venue house policy and applies to every guest, including everyone in your group.

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. We check IDs at the door, and guests who cannot show one may be refused entry.

Our dress code and door policy apply to all guests, including guests with a confirmed table.

We do not take payment on this website. If a deposit, minimum spend or cancellation fee applies to your table, our team will tell you before we confirm it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version is always on this page.
