Who we are
What we collect
Table request form. When you request a table we collect the details you type in: your name, contact number, whether that number is on WhatsApp, reservation date, arrival time, number of guests, preferred table and celebration notes. We also generate a reference ID and a private edit link for your request, and record the time it was sent.
Messages you send us. If you contact us on WhatsApp or Facebook, we receive whatever you choose to send, including your number or profile name.
Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and the tools listed below receive your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you reached the site. Some of these tools set cookies (see “Cookies and advertising tags”).
Saved on your device. After you send a request, your browser keeps its reference ID and edit link in local storage so you can come back and edit it. It stays on your device and is not a cookie.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
How we use it
- To check availability, record your table request and contact you by call or WhatsApp to confirm it. A request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it.
- To let you view or change your request through your edit link.
- To tell our staff about new and changed requests.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam (for example a hidden form field and a minimum time on the form).
- To understand how the website is used and measure our advertising.
Who handles your data
Your request goes from your browser to our own server, which passes it on to the services below.
- Google Sheets and Google Apps Script store your request in our reservations sheet.
- Telegram sends a notification of each new or changed request to our team's chat.
- Vercel hosts this website and its image storage.
- Wix holds the event, gallery and homepage content we publish. It does not receive your form details.
- Google Maps shows our location when that section loads.
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel (Facebook), measure visits and advertising (see below).
These providers may process data outside the Philippines.
Cookies and advertising tags
This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. They set or read cookies (such as _ga, _gcl_au and _fbp) and may send your browsing activity on this site to Google and Meta to count visits, measure ads and show you our ads elsewhere. The events our website sends are limited to actions like clicking a reserve, WhatsApp or directions button and submitting the form; our website code does not send your name, phone number or form answers to these tools.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's privacy controls, or manage ad personalisation in your Google and Facebook account settings. Blocking some cookies will not stop the website from working.
How long we keep it
We keep table requests for as long as we need them to handle the booking. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the settings of the tools above. You can ask us to delete your request (see “Your choices and rights”).
Security
The website uses HTTPS, and form submissions go through our own server rather than directly from your browser to the services above. Your edit link is a private link: anyone who has it can view and change that request, so do not share it.
Your choices and rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to know what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted or blocked, and you may object to certain uses.
To make a request or a complaint, message us on Facebook or WhatsApp. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
Age
Neon Nights is for guests aged 21 and over with a valid government ID.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version is always on this page.
